"I’ve stayed at Penalba every time I come to SantoDomingo! I’ve always had a pleasant stay. I wasn’t happy because it’s the first time I wasn't given a balcony room. I was told there weren’t any rooms available. The whole hotel was basically free. 😡"

"Excelente trato de todo el personal , desde la llegada hasta la despedida nos encanto el nivel de variedad de entretenimiento , la señorita que nos hizo la habitación maravillosa 1139 y 1140 muy eficaz para que decir del grupo maravilloso de animación y recreación, el restaurante japonés nos encanto el show muy bueno y la comida especial, el manager del restaurante muy atento . Definitivamente volveremos a venir y recomendáremos a nuestros amigos Noel Fernández y familia "
