"Our stay was amazing from the minute we arrived at the resort. From the welcome and check-in process to the minute we headed back to the airport - the entire staff was polite, professional and just genuinely friendly! Our stay was during the off season - so not all of the restaurants were open for all meals. That said - the food did not disappoint. Highly recommend the Italian restaurant for breakfast and especially the Seaside buffet for lunch!! The food selection and the view - could NOT be better! For dinner - the Hibachi was the standout and should not be missed! All of the bartenders throughout the resort (and we met many!) were friendly and made drinks that did not disappoint! The beach was paradise, as one would expect. There was seaweed - but the staff was out early in the morning clearing and combing the sand for the guests. We went thinking the pool might disappoint - as it is a narrow "lazy river" style as opposed to a larger, more open area. We were pleasantly surprised! Plenty of space to swim and play - and we never felt crowded by other guests! The staff were not intrusive - but made themselves available to assist with anything from towels to drinks to finding a float! Our personal butler - Angelo - was excellent! He checked in with us every day - answered questions, made reservations, and made sure we had anything we wanted during our stay. Highly recommend this slice of paradise!"

"The hotel looks and feels newly renovated, mattresses are super comfy, a/c, water pressure and temp all work great. Staff is agreeable and helpful, the food is also delicious, well prepared and presented. Points to improve: 1. Everytime you enter the waterpark you have to fill out and sign a form (just get a one-time signature at check-in). 2. A couple of times we couldn't get service because there was no staff on site...this happened once at the food counter in the waterpark, once in the gym, nobody knew where the staff member had gone. 3. Water park closes at 5pm...way too early. 4. There's no food or snacks from 5pm to 6pm...so coming back hungry from beach, pool or waterpark you have to get cleaned up and dressed to go in one of the restaurants. 7. The hotel does not put an ID on you like most other resorts, wich is great until staff at the beach come to you asking if you're truly a paying guest. 8. They have tour and activities promoters in the main lobby who constantly approach you trying to sell their services, they're really annoying."

"It was a great experience, very comfortable stay clean property. The staff member our Butler was very pleasant, informative and helpful. He would always keep us uptodate with our reservations and would change when we asked . Would let us know the schedule on time , And when we were not able to get rides from the travel club . He would always ready to send one for us. We are so glad we had him as our butler .He certainly needs a recognition and a promotion."
