"Great location and cute place. My only complaint is the dishes were super dirty and there’s barely enough cooking items to cook a meal. There’s not even a pot large enough to boil spaghetti noodles. But over all it’s a great spot. "

"This is a really nice spot with a great view of the Newport harbor. Plenty of room for everybody. The showers were awesome. Well stocked kitchen and the pots and pans were in good to great shape. This was nice because its not always the case. We enjoyed the proximity to the docks, bayfront and the benches were close enough to search for treasure. Having a garage to park the cars was an added bonus and peace of mind. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon"
