"Very clean, staff was over the top, restaurant food was good, but limited breakfast menu, room amenities were great. One negative note, if you stay on the 1st floor ocean front, you have a shared patio with the other rooms on this level, also vehicles that park on the road in front of these rooms can block some views. So when making a reservation, ask for a floor 2 or 3 room, private balcony and no view issues. "

"Great property for a group! We had an amazing week. Aged from 2 to 79. Beautiful views and weather. The kitchen was well appointed, and we enjoyed cooking some amazing meals here. We’re all foodies. The guys went fishing and we enjoyed a crab feast and all took home fish. Gary was a great host, but honestly, the house was so guest ready, we didn’t have any questions!! Five stars! I will look forward to staying again. Extra guests stayed at a local RV park and hotel… so convenient! Thank you Gary and Kathy!! "
