Very well located near downtown, you can walk everywhere. A bit noisy due to the bar staying open late after midnight otherwise great value proposition.

Lovely place to stay; really handy. The outside looks a little tacky; don't let that discourage you. The inside is lovely. Nice breakfast, helpful front desk.

Nice tea and amenities

Good location, helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful, updated old residence.

Nice and cozy hotel. The staff was amazing! Rooms are cleaned and well decorated. The bathroom is renovated and modern. Bed is really good and was very quiet. The location was really good - in front of the train station. I will be back!

Excellent location. Breakfast was sufficient; however, it could be improved to match the grand hotel status.

Loved this small boutique hotel! Perfect location and just beautiful! The staff was amazing!! They came outside to welcome us when we pulled in. Would definitely recommend this hotel !

Excellent service, courteous and professional staff, great food. Highly recommended. Will gladly stay again :)

The room was well equipped and clean. Service attentive and polite. Artwork, tapestries and chapel were enchanting.

Easy access, clear instructions, clean and convenient property. Would stay again

Aurilean greeted us warmly and was clear about directions and most helpful and kind as were other desk clerks. Our room was spotless, quiet, a/c, nice flat screen and easy location from train station.

Hotel Carlton is an absolute must when visiting Lille. We received such a warm welcome from Frank, whose knowledge of the city and recommendations for local spots made our stay even better. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of history. We loved learning about the famous guests who have stayed over the years, including Paul McCartney. Its bar is also one of the best places in town for a cocktail. We were kindly given a complimentary drink card, and the whiskey sour was excellent. Hotel...

Pleasantly surprised with the staff at this hotel. They were all friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best. The rooms were clean, breakfast was extensive for a Holiday Inn. The location was convenient to all Lille has to offer. Would definitely consider this hotel again!

Great hotel for this price, very centrally located

We did a quick one night stay but it was great! Very helpful staff and the rooms are cozy. Breakfast is good and complete. Location is parfect, less than 5 minutes away walking from the « Grande Place » and also central station.

Great staff, location, and breakfast.

Great location, a quick walk from the bullet train and very buttoned-up.

The room is modern and spotless! The front desk staff were super nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay very much and stay here again in the future for sure!
