"the location is everything"

"This property does not rise to the level of service and accommodations one would expect inthis property class. 1) staff with few exceptions was not overly friendly 2) we were on the 10th floor yet kept awake by loud music across the street. Staff said police police were called but problem persisted until after midnight 3) I had an allergic reaction to “something “ in the room. Not sure if it was a scent or something else 4) room key kept failing very aggravating"

"Overall great experience for me this weekend. Definitely looking forward to coming back."

"Very nice staff. Easy to get to. Clean rooms"

"We loved the location of this property. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the area was very enjoyable. The room itself was nice and clean but very tiny. But it was enough for just my husband and I."

"Excellent stay."

"Enjoy my stay"

"This spacious apartment is perfection within the center of downtown Baton Rouge. The pictures are exactly what you will embrace entering the unit. The host was absolutely amazing. Danny, answered all questions promptly and answered every call without hesitation. If you are seeking a place that’s clean, comfortable, affordable, friendly host and in the heart of the downtown area then don’t hesitate to rent with Danny."

"Got my check in info a bit late but great none the less!"

"Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Excellent place to stay in this area."

"We arrived late and the staff got us right in the room and we had room service. The pizza was wonderful. Room temperature was perfect and it was quiet."

"The room was super clean and cold just the way we like it. The kitchenette was super helpful to wash my baby’s bottles. Definitely will be back when in Louisiana."

"The friendly staff and comfort of the room"

"Clean room, staff"

There was a nice lounge area just off the elevator with plenty of seating, a bathroom and a huge big screen TV. Our boys were able to set up their video games in the evening and hang out there, which was a great feature for our family. They were also very considerate and made sure to keep the volume down so they wouldn’t disturb other guests. The staff really made our stay...
