The balcony is a nice size, has a storage cupboard with a couple of boogie boards and has a nice size table as well. The A/C in the bedroom is a big plus along with having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The unit is very user friendly and everything was in good working order and a comfortable king bed. "The Air Conditioner is just good enough. The rest of this property is perfect. Amazing location and views. The beach next door has a yoga class every morning at 800. It was also awesome. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions!"
