"The house was just a few blocks from the main alien festival street, McDonald's and other restaurants. We easily walked everywhere. The house AC was nice but it could be a little loud at times. Otherwise we had no complaints at all. The large patio was great for hanging out on the cooler evenings."

"This house was great! We came for the UFO Festival. The location is right off downtown, and we could see the drone show and the fireworks from the upstairs deck. It was the cleanest house we have ever rented, ton of room inside and out. We will be renting the next time we come to Roswell!!!"
