"Hotel smelt lovely on arrival at Reception. We were a little early for check in, but it wasn't a problem, moved us to a different room. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and quickly replenished. Only downside was there was no hash browns and the mushrooms were tasteless. All the staff at the hotel were welcoming, polite and helpful. Parking was close by and only £4. Walkable to to town centre and Vicarage Road. We had a great stay and would come again should we attend another Stoke v Watford match."

"Pleasant reception staff and easy check in/out. Room very clean and comfortable beds. Bar was very busy in evening but to be expected with number of guests. Breakfast was excellent - very good assortment and staff regularly replacing items. Bus every 30 mins to airport. Nothing negative about this hotel. Would highly recommend."

"I think the staff are wonderful, very professional and nice and helpful. Cleaning the room was excellent. Very good cleaners. It just needs a freshen up. It needs new carpets in the hallways. It needs new carpets in the suites themselves.. The walls need to be painted in the suites and in the hotel in general. If they did that , it would be a great hotel right now. It’s very good value."
