The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. Valentine, the Lady also from reception, was just the most wonderful human being, totally professional, with customer service enviable many hotels. "
