"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. Anyway, I am usually flexible and understanding, so when she told me that she had one room left, I asked...

"Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und beherbergt alles was für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Wir haben die Stunden im Strandkorb im Garten und in der Sauna sehr genossen. Insgesamt hat das Ferienhaus eine Top-Ausstattung und liegt zentral in Nordfriesland. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"It is a lovely small hotel. I liked it a lot. Very clean and they welcomed me like a friend. The breakfasts were great. The only thing why I didn’t give them an excellent was, the room was cold and the heater was not working adequately. We had a few very stormy and rainy days, so some heat would have been helful!"
