Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

Great location! Room came with washer and dryer as well as kitchen. Slight water leak from the standing shower, every time you showered. Also got access to a gym, which could be cleaner. Service, especially from Dang, was great!

Hotel was excellent. The staff was very accommodating, specially the front desk and the spa. Tien at spa helped us the best treatment.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but the service I received at this hotel inspired me to make the time. The location, customer service, cleanliness, dining options, walk ability, and everything else was great. However, what really shows how much they are willing to go above and beyond happened after I checked out. Its a beautiful quite boutique hotel that provides a complimentary ferry ride to the city. The restaurant serves very good breakfast and dinner with very tasty food. I would most definitely stay there again. All the staff, especially in the kitchen, are friendly and happy to help.
