Shout out to the G8 Riverside Hotel. The hotel staff is amazing. Especially Traci, the hotel office manager. She was very helpful and instrumental in my wonderful hotel stay. The hotel was very clean, organized, and well maintained. The breakfast was fantastic, and offers a great view of the river. The staff was very helpful in booking transportation to further destinations.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great rooftop restaurant and bar, and a good location - would stay again. Just to flag that soundproofing between rooms isn't great (could easily hear next door's TV and running water every time they used the bathroom), so not ideal if you're a light sleeper.

The rooms are clean, especially the breakfast buffet staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is not very diverse, but breakfast is enough. The breakfast place runs right on the rooftop in the evening and the night view is good. However, the room adjacent to the road has a little noise from cars and motorcycles. Close to the main tourist area

Hotel located in District 1, easy walk to eating places. Entrance to the reception is through a lift on a driveway with the reception located on the first floor. Small coffee shop at the front on street level, security guards also at street level. Attentive staff always willing to help. The walls between rooms are a bit thin and not very sound proof.

The hotel was nice and closed to many places. One issue we noticed after arriving home that our clothes were missing (the outfits worn in the pic). We’ve contacted the hotel staff but haven’t heard back.

The room condition was acceptable. Only the toilet got few issues. Hopefully management look into these issue. Toilet floor trap is believe to have clogged issue. Everytime during shower, the water unable to flow to the Floor Trap smoothly. It overflow all the way towards the sink. Toilet floor tiles are slippery and it is dangerous. It caused me fall during my first shower. The toilet ventilation fan was not properly installed and half hanging there.
