It is a new hotel nested inside a local market . It is walkable to everything. Our hotel have full view of the Bitexco financial building. The rooftop restaurant serves excellent breakfast. Hotel room is a bit small but very functional, good enough for a short stay. Will come back to stay again need time.

This was my third time staying at Hato. Although I was expecting a room upgrade when I arrived, the front desk person informed me that the manager who made the promise had left. Anyway, the hotel/staff/amenities are wonderful. The hotel is located to many of the city center attractions by walking.

Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay. Room and bathroom looks clean. The staff was very nice friendly. Breakfast was fairly OK. Location was perfect, nearby nice place to shop and eat. For grab/taxi pickup and drop off, suggest finding nearby landmark, since in front of the hotel has street food shops (with nice charm) and car may find difficult to enter.
