The staff was not friendly. My wife had to park the motorbike away from the entrance during heavyrain. 4 staff were just looking, she asked for help and they ignored her. My wife is Vietnamese, she can easily communicate with them,but she was ignored. I asked for a litter to light a birthday candle and was told they didn't have any. I asked another staff member and he helped me. The control for the room lights didn't work properly. We didn't have a good time at the hotel.

The staff was so accommodating from the front desk, through out my stay. Breakfast was excellent and a large choice included in my stay. 10 minutes from the railway station Local shops food etc Had a meal in the evening was excellent

The lady at the noodle station for morning breakfast named Tuyen was so kind and helpful. She offered me some noodles but I said I had it some the other day, so she recommended beef stew. She even went out of her way to get me a small bowl to eat with bread. Awesome services
