Convenient location and walking distance to places like Woolies and Elizabeth St Mall/Cat and Fiddle Arcade. For the price it's an easy alternative to an expensive hotel in the city. Would recommend to other travellers.

Bathroom floor was waterlogged and swelled up so the door couldn't close resulting in sounds from the bathroom echoing into the capsule. The capsule were extremely clean inside.

Very well managed Property. The only thing I will suggest if anyone is staying more than 2 days, the pod bedsheet needs to be cleaned. Otherwise everything was superb.

The place was clean and generally unstaffed with no reception. It was clean, although being unstaffed meant it was a bit more difficult to get a clean towel replacement. Once I understood how things worked it was very easy. Overall, for the price range this is so much more preferable over the usual other Australian backpackers hostels! Will definitely go here again.

Overall good stay, nice facility for a capsule room. But because they don’t have reception and no one to ask to. It was really frustrating when they message me the procedure and code very late. They should automatically send the message at least exactly 2pm for check in.

When i booked this stay, i thought it was a good price, but it really turned out to be expensive for what it was. I couldnt get the wifi to work (and noone else i talked to had managed to get it to work either). Because there is no reception, you cant ask for help. There was coffee and tea, but no milk and no spoons. Just a little milk and some spoons or stirrers would have gone a long way. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good, but that was all there was.

Inadequate information, notes twin room in confirmation email ,booked for 2 person .When arrived in hotel noted it was one room only fpr one person but only received details for one room.Had to contact the owner again and then only received details for the other room

My first time in a capsule hotel. Honestly thinking I'll have to come back next year. The price is good for what you get, while the facility/hotel itself is clean and well maintained. It's similar to a hostel in that you should bring your own shower gear if you don't want the generic 2 In 1 Shampoo And Conditioner for your hair. Likewise, except for some snacks, you should be organising your own food, particularly at the great restaurants and cafe's all within walking distance. The doors can be a little noisy sometimes but overall people are there to just hangout before heading out somewhere, or to sleep, so I didn't overly experience issues with noise from other people. A novel experience, and one I look forward to doing again.

Poor communication. We were not provided with the check-in instruction up until the check-in time (even though advert says check-in instruction a day in advance). We were not responded to when we tried messaging and calling so we had to escalate to Hotels.com. We ended up carrying our luggage to MONA. The toilet/bathroom needs to be cleaned periodically. The capsules were comfortable - it really depends on the other guests if they are loud/snoring - unfortunately. Convenient distance to the centre, shops, and restaurants.
