About this space The unit is cosy, comfortable and spacious. In the heart of Bellerive Quay, restaurants, cafes, bottleshops and IGA Supermarket are all at your doorstep.
There is a bus stop almost directly opposite your front door, Bellerive is easy driving distance to Hobart;s CBD (around 10 mins), or treat yourself and take the Derwent Ferry (leaving Bellerive) ride across the River Derwent right in to Hobart's waterfront precinct of Salamanca.
The space 1910 Character Cottage in the heart of Bellerive. Renovated property split into two units. Guest can enjoy the entirety of the unit. North facing, warm and sun-filled all day. Features 2 bedrooms, with open plan lounge, kitchen dining area. Beds have quality linen. Great location with or without a vehicle (public transport, bus and ferry within a short walking distance). Outdoor front porch area perfect for afternoon or evening drinks and nibbles while watching the sun go down.
Guest access Free/unlimited time on-street parking right outside the property. Property is on one level, with 4 steps up to the front door. Self check in. Property access is via a pathway from the street to the front porch/door. There is no backyard access (front yard access only).

Very nice accommodations. Clean, comfortable. Really appreciated the warming mattress, even in the summer. Very walkable to ferry, beach, parks, grocery, restaurants. Would stay here again!

Location and cleanliness of house were amazing…response time and communication from Suzan’s was excellent..
Only negative is on street parking which can be difficult at times..
Lovely spacious property in a great location. Clean and comfortable close to local amenities and restaurants with easy access to Hobart CBD via ferry or bus. Would certainly recommend.
Excellent Place, Perfect Location and Wonderful Host
The property for a perfect fit for a family. It was clean, tidy and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. the location is really good with plenty of unlimited street parking, nice walking tracks near by.If I'll visit Hobart again, I'll search this property to book first.
Conveniently located we did have a car but it was only a short walk to shops, coffee and hotel. Also a short walk to the ferry which we caught over to the wooden boat festival. Would stay here again although I am pleased we had a car. Only about 10min drive to town.
Everything is nicely decorated and theme bedding is top class. Not mentioning that this is walking distance to the beach for a nice swim after a long day of ridding. This is probably the best place we’ve been in a long time.
Staying on the other side of the river from Hobart was just lovely. The ferry ride is a glorious way to start the day and is only a couple of minutes walk away. There are boardwalks, restaurants, and yachts in the bay. Would definitely stay again. The area is quiet with little traffic
Loved the house, the location and the cleanliness of the house. Requested a cot and it was already set up when we got there. Everything was perfect.

Lovely presentation on arrival. Beautiful view of Mt Wellington from lounge window. The property was Bright and inviting with lots of amenities for lovely stay. Close to local IGA , cafes and sort walk to Marina, shops and resturants.
A great place to stay for a few days. Close to supermarket and a very short drive into Hobart. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was easy. Would come back again.

Clean and light home with comfy beds and welcoming feel. Shower was hot and there were all the extras we needed -shampoo, hairdryer etc. Kitchen pantry was stocked with the basics, too. The stay was well-priced for a property that has had consistent care and attention. Shops were nearby and it was a short drive into the centre of Hobart. We would definitely stay again.
Loved our stay here, beautiful warm cosy , fresh home with many thoughtful inclusions, incredibly clean and in the perfect position to enjoy Hobart without having to be in the city. Quick walk to the marina and restaurants. 2 min walk to the salamanca IGA. The morning and afternoon ferry to Hobart is a bonus ! We will absolutely make this our home for our next visit .
This property had just about everything we needed for a short stay and it was comfortable and quiet, despite the close proximity of neighbours. The only negative was the lack of off street parking for our car as on street parking (immediately outside the house) was not always guaranteed. This was a minor inconvenience and did not detract significantly from our stay and it would obviously not be an issue for those who are not travelling with a car. Thanks for having us!
