DOTTIES HOUSE HOBART



Dotties House is a beautifully renovated and tasteful house with a modern open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The lounge seats six people in comfort and has a 65-inch smart TV , Wii console and games.
The kitchen/dining area has lovely stone bench tops and seats 6. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, oven/ glass cook top, beautiful coffee machine with grinder and other small appliances.
The pantry is stocked with essentials and a complimentary starter pack on arrival.
The fully equipped laundry has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Dottie's House offers two queen beds, 1 with ensuite, and both have wall-mounted smart TV's and reverse cycle heat pumps.
The third bedroom has bunk beds. All bedrooms have electric blankets, bedside lamps and clock radios.
The main bathroom has bath/shower, toilet, vanity, hairdryer, heated towel rail with extra towel storage. Ensuite has separate shower, toilet, hand basin and hairdryer.
A reverse cycle heat pump keeps the house warm or cool for your comfort.
All bed linen and towels are supplied and are commercially laundered.
Cot and highchair are available on request.
The backyard is flat, safe and secure.

Enjoyable stay

The house was very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. There were 3 TVs so the whole family was ok!The hosts were very obliging and helpful. We can recommend Dotties House.

We have stayed previously at Dottie’s. It is excellent accommodation for a family. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything that you would need in kitchen. Very comfortable beds and lounge room. Close to supermarket. Although busy street it is very quiet inside. Would thoroughly recommend.

Family getaway

Great property for families with teenagers. Plenty of entertainment options & zones on the property, and location is central to the best Hobart has to offer (MONA, CBD, Mt Wellington etc). Thanks for letting us stay.

Amazing Christmas getaway

We stayed for a week over Christmas with our 3 children. Property was amazing! Kids were entertained with the basketball ring, huge backyard & the games room. Plenty of DVD options & the Wii also. Beds were comfy & house had plenty of room. The kids have already asked when can we go back!! We'd definitely recommend & stay here again :)

Fabulous!

Dottie’s place was amazing! Very comfortable three bedrooms and the outside entertainment room was an unexpected bonus! My teenage daughter enjoyed her time out there with the ping pong table and arcade games. Thanks for letting us experience your wonderful home.

Fantastic house in great location

Excellent space for our family of 6. Heaps of towels and extra blankets provided, loved the wii & games room. The pantry staples and coffee provisions were most appreciated, and it’s only a short walk to supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and takeaway spots. Lovely to have the heaters turned on when we arrived so the house was comfortable in the cold Tasmanian winter! Would highly recommend.

A cute & modern well maintained property with a homely feel. My parents & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; we had a very comfortable and hassle free break at Dotties House. The well manicured, fairly large back yard was an added bonus! The hosts had provided a 'starter pack' of essential food items including bottled water and breakfast & snack items - this was an unexpected treat. Thank you.. We requested a late check-out which was also provided at no extra cost; this was much appreciated by us as our flight was in the night. Very accommodating hosts :-) Thanks Mark & Miriam for a delightful Hobart break!

Wonderful property

Mark and Miriam went that extra mile to ensure that our family, four adults, 1 4yo and twin 8 month olds were accommodated and comfortable. They had set up two cots and two high chairs on short notice. the property was lovely and clean and most noticeably quiet and private. Convenient to all the shops and offers off street parking.We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dottie's House. It was extremely clean and the space was perfect for us. Kids enjoyed the outside space and games room and we were spoilt for choice with 4 TVs. The hosts provided some basics and pantry staples which was appreciated. Location was perfect with lots of shops just a around the corner.

Perfect family accomodation

Thanks Dotties house for a 10/10 stay in Hobart. The accommodation was clean, spacious and felt like we were staying at home. The teens (and husband) enjoyed the games room, basketball hoop and Wii. Grocery shops within walking distance. Ticked all the boxes for our family of four.

Great place as a base to travel around hobart and surrounding areas , stayed 5 nights . Kids love the games room , table tennis was a great hit !
