Free flowing lifestyle spaces displaying original artwork by celebrated local artist Heidi Woodhead, easy access to NBN, WiFi and Netflix along with a super modern kitchen, sundrenched private rear decking, a rear yard wonderland packed with trees and plants and a private courtyard all combine to create the ultimate CBD fringe holiday pad.
The bedrooms are both, light filled, stylish and welcoming and the generous sized bathroom encourages a soak in the tub after a long day enjoying Hobart’s many delights.

The Neighborhood:
South Hobart is a well preserved historic part of the city close to tourist attractions such as the Cascade Brewery and World Heritage listed "Female Factory" that provided a glimpse of Hobart's convict past. With a great selection of coffee shops and restaurants, as well as local grocers to purchase fresh Tasmanian produce, its a great place to stay. It's also on the doorstep of the city so you have a wonderful sense of community yet the city centre is only a few minutes by car or a pleasant walk along the rivulet

Getting Around:
Most locals travel by car however there's a regular bus service to and from the city. Alternately you can buy a ticket for the hop on hop off red bus that travels to most of the city's tourist attractions.

Best of old and new charm
Very comfortable and perfectly located. Short stroll to great food shops and cafes or easy walk along the Rivulet to the CBD. Loved the under floor heating!

Gorgeous Cottage and Location
We visited Hobart to attend Dark Mofo. We could walk into the city, great cafe nearby and each morning we would wake up to viewing Mt Wellington out the front door. Hobart was great, Dark Mofo was great and this little cottage was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great holiday with our family
