Clean room. Friendly staffs. Parking was in separate building paid one but discounted coupon given my hotel. I had breakfast included and worth it. Had to order and wait for it (not buffet) but friendly staffs at the cafe too.

Good location, surprisingly quiet and very friendly staff, but disappointing for $300 per night. The hotel is well located and, despite being a city hotel, my third-floor room was surprisingly quiet. Reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful, particularly in arranging for my luggage to be placed in my room before check-in. The bed was also a pleasant surprise, being a comfortable king rather than the advertised queen. Unfortunately, the room had several shortcomings. The bathroom had no extractor fan, no shower shelf and a very small basin. The TV wouldn't connect to the internet and there was no apparent way to cast from an iPhone or iPad. Instructions were missing or didn't work, and the TV itself appeared dated. There were also no USB charging ports anywhere in the room. The fridge wasn't stocked as a minibar, with only a limited and uninspiring selection of drinks available through reception. Given there's no hotel bar, a decent minibar would be welcome. I also paid for breakfast, but the limited selection wasn't worth the money. Hobart has plenty of excellent cafes nearby, and I'd recommend those instead. Overall, the location, quietness and reception staff were positives, but the dated facilities and lack of basic conveniences made the stay underwhelming for the price. I visit Hobart regularly and will be trying a different hotel next time.

Stayed here for the long weekend. Amazing central location. Dan was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, informative and friendly. All staff were! Loved our upgraded room! Wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

Celebrated my wife's 70th birthday in Hobart and she was greeted with a bottle of wine and a lovely card. The staffs are all excellent. And since our flight was early in the morning the kitchen staff were good enough to have our breakfast ready to go. Close to the wharf, street mall and some nice eateries.
