Mayhill Views is a wonderfully spacious and stylish two storey home in popular West Moonah. Its elevated position allows for breathtaking views of the Derwent River and surrounds. Located just 6 km from the famous North Hobart restaurant strip and 8 km from Mona, Mayhill Views combines the convenience of a short drive to the CBD with the serenity of quiet cul-de-sac living.If a sensational outlook, stylish decor and comfort are on your wish list then this bright and airy home-away-from-home is ideal for your next Hobart getaway.

Relax and take in the panoramic vista of water and mountains from the roomy comfortable lounge in your huge sun-drenched open plan living area, enjoy it with a glass of wine from your outdoor setting on the deck, or soak up the visual smorgasbord as you prep an easy dinner at your expansive stone-topped island kitchen counter.

For some down time why not watch a movie on the Samsung Smart TV, or play a game on PlayStation 2 in the separate living area with second tv.

Families and friends can easily spread out and take advantage of the property's versatility - there is plenty of space for guests to either enjoy their own company or to socialise as a group. Children are welcome with a variety of books, toys and games provided for their enjoyment, and a high chair and port-a-cot are available.


This recently built home easily accommodates up to 8 guests, boasting 3 good sized bedrooms upstairs and one very large bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom houses a King bed, two contain Queen beds and one has two King singles. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. All are furnished with quality linen and pillows to ensure your ultimate comfort and a restful night's sleep.


Two bathrooms provide ample room for families or groups - one is a generous ensuite attached to the master bedroom with toilet, shower, and a vanity featuring the luxury of twin basins. The main bathroom is large and contains a shower and bath at opposite ends of the room. A separate toilet adds convenience for larger groups.

Beatiful Hobart hideaway

The house was a great size for a group of people and was extremely comfortable, clean and stylish. The views of the lights and waterways of Hobart were stunning. During the day, there was lots of light which kept the house nice and warm without having to rely too much on the heating (which there was plenty of). Highly recommended property!

Lack of parking spaces

The property was excellent. The only negative aspect was the lack of parking at the property. At times we had to park on the street well away from the property. It had a double garage that we were unable to use & the driveway was too steep to be able to park safely on. Surely it would be possible for future guests to have access to the garage.

Panoramic view

This house was incredible it was clean, spacious, luxurious with the most incredible panoramic views. Location was perfect as a starting point to travel wherever you want to go with the city centre being only a few kilometres. A litlle bit uphill to get there but well worth it. Loved it.

Beautiful property with Hobart Views

What a beautiful property to spend a girls weekend away! The property was immaculate and had all the lovely touches and essentials to have a great weekend with friends. The little touches from milk, coffee, tea, electric blankets....etc the list goes on. The house is in a beautiful quiet area and has the most amazing views. Cant wait to be able to stay here again. Wonderful property with plenty of space for everyone. Fantastic views and great location.

From check in to departure all went with ease. The property is clean and well maintained. The driveway is steep but there are plenty of other options for parking and access. The living area with its views and natural sunlight was amazing.

Comfortable and Clean

The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and this allowed us to just enjoy our holiday. Driveway to garage very steep but we utilised on street parking. Amazing views both day and night. Table tennis and xbox kept kids busy when we weren't sight seeing. Really happy with overall experience.

Wonderful place

This house gave us fantastic accommodation. Large, clean, comfortable, with the most amazing view over Hobart, hills and waterways. Only downside was the difficult driveway, but we just parked on the street. The children loved the table tennis table downstairs, as well as the PlayStation. Thank you!

Amazing

Thank you to Natalie for what was an amazing stay in Hobart. Check in was easy and the house was spotless and very spacious. Four of us each had a room to ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated Natalie’s thoughtfulness as she had left bread, milk, eggs and butter for us. Towels and a few toiletries were also provided. The living area overlooks the hills and water front, offering some incredible views of Hobart. It was so comfy we decided to spend two nights in rather than go out! I couldn’t recommend it enough if you are looking for a memorable place to stay in Hobart.
