With secure access, this apartment is located on the second level via stairs taking you to the front door. This apartment has one queen bed and one double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open plan dining and lounge area. Enjoy a barista coffee with the Smeg pod coffee machine, whilst enjoying your favourite TV show on the smart TV. The apartment was built with location in mind - the walls are soundproof, providing you tranquillity whilst being in the very heart of the CBD. It was also built to keep cool in the summer, and to retain heat in the winter - however, there is a reverse cycle heat pump and aircon for temperature control. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, and also a top loading washing machine and dryer. The apartment is well equipped with a safe, extra blankets, soaps, coffee/tea, a variety of books, even a picnic setup for you to enjoy. Come and relax in our Oasis on Murray!
