A modern two-story home nestled in the serene suburb of Taroona, just a short drive from Hobart CBD. Enjoy stunning views of the Derwent River and the calming sounds of nature.

The Space:
Two Storey Holiday home with two separate living spaces. The first level is where you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms (3 x Queen Beds,1 x 2 Single Beds), 2 bathrooms (one with a large bathtub), a well-equipped kitchen, laundry and a generous dining/living area. The second level boasts a private parents' retreat with a queen-size bedroom, spa bath, kitchen, dining/lounge area, and a separate deck. Access is easy via a shared driveway, with ample parking available.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Immerse yourself in the tranquil bush surroundings, where you might spot native wildlife like marsupials and birds. Despite its peaceful setting, the home is just a short drive from Hobart City.

Getting Around:
There is on site parking for up to 2 vehicles.
