Warm, Inviting & Luxurious The Barn

Beautifully renovated one bedroom self contained studio is a Tasmanian Heritage listed property. Spacious warm and comfortable, the Barn is located in a quiet secluded no thru road. Easy walking to Battery Point, Salamanca, Hobart waterfront and city centre. The perfect retreat to explore Hobart and beyond, minutes walk away from public transport, including the Airporter Shuttle Bus. Surrounded by supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, quality restaurants, Wrest Point Casino, beaches & lovely parks.

The Barn is spacious and comfortable. The gas log fire adds warmth and ambience for those cool Hobart evenings. The quality fit-out includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hot plates, microwave oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. Complementary tea and coffee included. Enjoy a port while viewing a Netflix movie or catching up on emails with free WiFi. The bathroom incorporates a walk in shower. Heated flooring and towel rail are just part of the comforts provided. Separate washing machine and dryer. Original polished floor boards and brick fireplace provide a window to past years.

From the first enquiry to the day of check out we are avalaible for guests. We are not based at the property however are just a phone call away. We are able to assist and meet guests if required, however have designed the property as a private retreat with independant access. Once the booking is confirmed and verified we advise of the check in instructions.

Quiet no through street. 2 minutes walk to Sandy Bay Road, where you can find supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, quality restaurants, beaches and lovely parks. Walking distance to Wrest Point Casino.

Hobart City is in easy walking distance, or a short Taxi ride. Public buses are just a stroll away. No need to drive.

A lovely property that has been tastefully restored. It has all the necessary items for cooking etc. Walking distance to the city and all amenities.
