"Location was perfect for our needs. There were three of us so the bedroom plus sofa bed were great in theory but the bedroom is against the wall one side and only a tiny amount of room the other. This wasn’t clear from the description or photo. If our daughter wasn’t with us we would have slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Otherwise the place was clean and comfortable."

"The listing and staged photos for this apartment are a bit misleading. It says it can accommodate 8; we were five adults and three kids, but only if you set up an additional two portable beds. Doing this, you need to move furniture around, and you do not have any privacy as the only room with a door is a single bedroom, and the rest is open concept. The Apartment is basically a very narrow rectangle without any elevator in the building and a very small toilet, so I would say it could accommodate...

"Gerardo and Ada were amazing guests. The place is an easy transit away from NYC, in a safe, up and coming neighborhood. We had 4 guests for a couple nights and 6 guests for one night. Sleeping arrangements were super nice. The bathroom is a bit small but fully functional"

The host was very receptive to all of our questions/requests and I felt that our comfort was very important to him.
