"We love staying at the grand millennium and this is our 4th visit now. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The pool is excellent and great for the children. The one drawback was having to park at the civic this time round as the hotel car park was full so it did cost us more that we initially planned for but that’s a small drawback. "This hotel was a wonderful way to finish our vacation in New Zealand. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the service in the bar and restaurant. Tristan was great. The buffet in the morning offered a lot of choices and the staff was able to help me with something fresh. Honestly, the best service of all of the 10 hotel stops we had during our vacation."
