"Hotels didn’t forward me the “24hrs prior to check-in” email with my room access code. I just called the number for the Inn and a very nice lady helped me out and emailed it directly to me while I waited on property. Arrived at 3pm and my room wasn’t ready yet, still being cleaned. Not a problem. Just meant that I had time to grab lunch. Room was quaint and cozy. Dated but adds to the charm. Was just what I needed for the night. Great A/C. "

"The office was eager to please! But the up keep is lacking!! AC doesn’t cool very well.Tv didn’t work,lock on door didn’t work, repairs on shower wall not finished. Bedding looked dirty. Didn’t make you want to climb in! Just need some fixing and freshing up! "

"Kuby's was a wonderful place for us to stay while visiting Shiner, TX! The Casita was perfectly located so a short walk to Spoetzl Brewery and the Palace Saloon (highly recommend Kuby's, Spoetzl and Palace Saloon to anyone visiting Shiner, TX!) :)"

"This was just a quick one night stay on our way to another destination. Frankly we weren’t expecting much ; just a place to rest for the night. We were pleasantly surprised. The clerk and staff were very friendly and responded to our every need. They even gave us a hospitality bag with snacks and bottled water for 2. The room was a little small, but had an amazingly comfortable chaise lounge and the most comfortable king size bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. If you ever find yourself in Hassletville TX I highly recommend this hotel. "
