"The night/morning clerk was rude and unprofessional. The room had not been cleaned properly. When I told the clerk he said I accepted it because I didn't come tell him. I checked in around 10pm and left to go buy water. I had not seen the room until closer to midnight so I just went right to bed and let the clerk know in the morning. Take the clerks advice and stay somewhere else. "you didn't have to stay here, there's 4 other places.""

"2 day stay. Bed unmade and room partially cleaned. No coffee packets for room coffee maker. TV reception very poor."

"Parking was easy but parking lot was trashed. The room has literal wholes in the wall and rats. I had dry foods in a bag on the desk and woke up to a rat inside of the bag. The beds are completely disgusting, all the do is cover them with bed sheets. And to top it off I found a dead right right below the sink. 0/10"

"My stay was fine. As expected. The breakfast isn’t great but gets the job done. Went up to my room 4 different times and had to come back down because my card didn’t work. Overall nice stay. "

"We checked in Friday and were told after we got settled into our room by our friends, not the staff at check in, that there would be no hot water until Sat. This was inconvenient because we were there for a wedding and NEEDED a good shower. 1 night, ok we could deal. Then on Saturday we were told the hot water would not be fixed then either. When we complained, we were told they could give us $14 back for our 2 night stay. Ridiculous. Not only that but our friends didn’t have electricity in their room when they checked in and then it was turned on, the microwave was going with moldy food in it. Our other friends couldn’t straighten her hair bc the breaker kept tripping. Other than ALL OF THAT, the room was clean minus stains on the carpets. Elevators, hallway walls and carpets definitely need updating. Breakfast that was provided was ok. Oh we were also supposed to be charged $65 for our Friday stay but cc was ran for $79 and NOT refunded the lousy $14. "
