"It was a nice property and very beautiful. The owner was very nice and extremely attentive.But the pool area had multiple black widows like it hadn’t been clean in a good while.The chairs recovered in spiderwebs. We couldn’t even sit down on them.when someone was sent over to clean them off, she barely swept them and told me that I had spray under the sink and I could use it if I needed to. I went back out to the pool and the black widow was still there. So we didn’t let the kids get back in.The...

"I never received answers to my emails before arrival. I never received arrival instructions on the address or how to get in, The directions to the house take you to the neighbors house. When we called trying to find the right address, they never got back in touch with us. There are no window coverings on any of the windows, the water is sulfur and so it smells terrible between sulfur and rust, and there are mice. "
