"When we arrived at 8pm was given keys to my room when was wide open and used when we walked in was made to wait while room was somewhat cleaned and was told couldn't be given another room because hotel was fully booked. "

I love spending time outside on the property as well as surrounding areas enjoying wineries, meaderies, shopping, food, and live music. The host family is the best. Attentive, and very genuine good people. I love the Queens Hotel!!! Has everything we needed, and is always clean and ready for a great weekend."

"Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open emails every time, but it never happened. We have rented from VRBO for over 35 years and I always communicated by phone or text with issues or questions."
