"We drove up to find a beautiful place. The yard is well manicured and the house is fabulous and cozy. Moises the property manager is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. There are window units on the rooms but they cool really well. The heaters provided were definitely a plus too. We were met with muffins to welcome us. "This place was amazing. We actually live in Bastrop, so this place is close for us. We were wanting to get away for the night with our 6-year-old son, hang out and BBQ. The enclosed hot tub was perfect, we didn't turn the heater on, so my son was occupied all afternoon and evening using it as a mini pool swimming as we hung out on the porch. "We truly enjoyed this property. The location is what made this place unique. Although 8 minutes away from the Main Street, downtown, the quietness of the area made our stay very relaxing. We love seeing the cows and sitting on the porch. The decor of the cabin was so nice with antique touches throughout the cabin. The property pictures are nice on the VRBO listings but it is actually better in person. I would recommend having an iron and ironing board tho. At any rate, we would love to come back...
