"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."

"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean on first impressions but did notice the end of headboard behind the bedside table was stained/mucky and the radiator had something on it. Bedroom carpet stained. Bathroom was clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable, seemed larger than a king sized bed, was expecting double bed, so a win win!. The full cooked English Breakfast was ok. Was great that you could order eggs to be cooked fresh, however you wanted them. Perfect poached eggs. Nice relaxing start to the day. Evening meals were very good and the restaurant staff friendly and efficient. Would stay again."
