"Good location. Comfortable and well designed room. Staff generally very helpful. Parking nearby was expensive for 4 days so a concession for hotel guests would have been good. Easy access to trams."

"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic.
Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work.
On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...
