"This hotel is the best! Excellent front desk service, clean, comfortable beds. Our tv wasn’t working properly. We left to go to dinner and the front desk called my phone to let me know we were getting moved and upgraded when we got back from dinner. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will continue to stay here when we are in town."

"We enjoyed the view of the lake from the porch. We had our breakfast out there several mornings. We had a nice sister trip. The lake house had plenty of cooking pots, pans, etc. for cooking. The table and sitting area was a bit tall for short people. Most of the beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have had more space to put your suitcases, etc. down in the bedrooms on the lower floor and there was a unpleasant smell in one of the closets and bathrooms to the left as you come in the front door. The upstairs needs a few repairs but the t.v. area up there would be greatly enjoyed by kids and teenagers. One of the owners worked diligently to help us be able to watch a DVD that we brought. There was also hiking available that I would have liked to have done but time didn't allow it."

"Our stay at the Big Lake House couldn’t have any more amazing! The hosts literally thought of everything when preparing this property for guests. There were 27 of us, aging from two weeks old to 79. We explored every amenity the house had to offer and there was never a dull moment! We cooked many big meals, and the kitchen is so well appointed that we lacked for nothing! One particularly impressive thing about this property is how accessible it is for someone with a disability. One of our guests uses a scooter and/or a walker to get around. He was able to go everywhere on the main level. Thanks to the ramps on the outside of the house and the sidewalk down to the dock, he was able to use the pool and access the beach and dock. Bravo to the hosts for offering such an amazing home for our family reunion!"

"This was the best getaway for my family and myself after a tragic accident we had to change our dates Erin(the host) was completely understanding and the house was great beds were very clean (sheets) didn’t have to take any store runs this place had everything you could need it overall was just a great place very cozy and comfortable the neighborhood was great we loved it looking forward to renting again soon"

"The property was stunning , the lake was beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing peaceful getaway.The host was great , when I messaged the host I would get a reply with 20 minutes or less. The extras at this property was excellent , paddle boards, kayaks fishing , games and more are sure to keep you busy . I will definitely be back ."
