"My stay at The Residence Hotel was wonderful. I booked a waterfront room and it didn’t disappoint—the view was stunning, and I loved relaxing on my private porch. Most of the front desk staff were friendly, though one person at checkout was a bit rude and didn’t speak English. The room was comfortable but could have been a little cleaner.
