We struggled with directions to the property though and ended up lost walking around trying to find it for a hour with no response to messages or a phone call to Suzanne for help, so that was very frustrating. The directions provided were not the route we walked to get there, so we’d recommend a bit more or ready to communicate as people we asked weren’t sure where the house was and our phone data wasn’t working for maps. "This home was just right for us - 4 adults visiting Interlaken and hoping to enjoy a few days of hiking in the surrounding area. Kitchen was well-equipped and open to the living area, which is small but cozy and comfortable. Public transit in the area is very dependable, we did not have (or need) a car. "Es war super -die Gegend ist perfekt- das Haus ist geräumig- leider ist die Deckenhöhe im Erdgeschoss zu niedrig. Das war so nirgends angegeben. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß- dennoch hatten wir wunderbare Tage . Der Vermieter ist super nett und unkompliziert."

"The property manager gave great directions and correspondence before arrival. The beds were in two separate areas, but the main level bed and bedding were uncomfortable. The separate downstairs and 2nd bedroom doesn't heat up and stay very cold if you have to utilize it which we did with 4 adults. The balcony is very nice and has a great view, parking is easy. I still do not understand why we had to leave cash for the tax and it wasn't billed through the VRBO system. Very inconvenient to have to...
