"We have been travelling for a few months and this was hotel number 20 and it was without a doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in. From the moment you arrive, the staff are locked in, they want you to have the best experience with no issues. The ladies on reception; Ly, Hùong and Lien, are especially lovely, so helpful and just a real asset to the hotel. The rooms were large, clean and spacious, we loved the balcony and the pool view. The mini fridge was always stocked with Coke, water and crisps. The bathroom had a great shower and good mirrors and amenities. The pool was lovely and the area around was clean and well kept. Fantastic breakfast spread, lots of options for all tastes! There was a Pho station as well as a egg station too, good coffee and lots of juices and fruits to choose from. We ate lunch there once as the food was good value for money and tasty. Location is a little outside the old town, about a 20 minutes walk but the hotel have some free shuttles to use or you can get a Grab easily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend others to stay here."

"The staff was amazing! The resort was so beautiful with well designed authentic Vietnamese home and flower garden! The breakfast buffet was incredibly high-quality with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and has great variety. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever visit Hoi An again this resort is at the top of our list of places to stay! :)"

"Excellent stay, great location as close enough to the Old Town, but far enough out to be quieter but with all the amenities. Very happy with our rooms as a family of four we had the suite with two very large beds which worked well. Didn’t use the kitchen. Would say again."
