Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Attached to JR Hakodate station. Surrounded by great places to eat. Lucky Pierrot is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel along the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The room is smartly designed. The bedding is comfortable. The view of the harbor is an added bonus. The breakfast has incredible selection of food from Japanese to western.

Great hotel, close to everything and the bath/onsen was incredible....wouod stay at again.

Very good

An excellent value in the immediate vicinity of Hakodate station! Nice breakfast buffet and onsen facilities as well!

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful!

Everything is good!

Really enjoyed the views from the property and truly felt relaxed here.

Beautiful place right on the water with a rooftop onsen that overlooks the city and water. Bars and restaurants are walkable everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is about 15 mins drive to the Hakodate station and Red brick warehouse. It is quite convenience to those who drive.

booked a smoking, twin bed room since it was the only one available, we were hoping to change once we got there. arrived a couple of hours early hoping to check in early but our room was not ready and we were not able to get a non-smoking room. the front desk person assured us that it will not smell like smoke and it did not. we were surprise to see how big the room was, had a lanai where we could see the red brick warehouse, the ports and Hakodate mountain. very close to the morning market...
