"What a hidden gem! "

"I went to Boston for 1.5 days for work. This was a PERFECT place to stay for my purposes. A clean room, excellent internet, friendly service, and breakfast provided. Bonus: I arrived two hours before check-in and needed a space to attend a Zoom meeting. They found me a room that was ready early and allowed me to take that room instead of the oe I had reserved online. Much appreciated!"

"The house was indeed tranquil and very clean. It included parking and was relatively convenient for our planned outing in Cambridge and our trip to the airport the next morning. The room was quite small, but the shared bathroom was convenient and clean. Before arriving, we received an email from the property informing us that check-in time would be 2 pm, but when we arrived a few minutes before 4 pm, we were informed that we could not enter until 4 (ultimately we got in a few minutes after 4)."

"Amazing location right on the beach and steps from an adorable corner store/ice cream shop. Brief walk away from restaurants and the light house. The house had some quirks but all of those were more than over looked by how amazing Bob and his family were at making our family feel right at home for the week we were there. We could not have asked for a better week. Suggestions for future guests: The lighter sleepers should sleep in the back 2nd floor bedrooms, closer to the living room tended to...

"Showed up to check in in the middle of a noreaster, and even though I had my reservation information they said they did not have any reservations. Then they said that they had one room available though, but I would have to pay for it and then get the money back later from the original booking. Seeing as he seemed really stoned and the situation was really sketchy...I just left and found another reservation down the road. There were lots of them since it was late, snowy and windy with few...
