What a cool and unique place to stay!! Stayed overnight while attending a concert @ MGM Fenway. Great location, lots of eateries, shopping and coffee nearby. Staff is so friendly and helpful with check in, parking and check out. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful room, great staff, and the most comfortable bed ever! I stayed in there as long as I could before going to the airport.
The staff were fabulous and the room was spacious and comfortable. Decor was unique and fabulous, which made for a cultured experience. It made me know I was in historic Boston just in the room! I look forward to staying here again!
We spent four nights at Beacon Inn 1087 and loved the location. The convenience to the T station, several excellent restaurants, and a nice walk to/from Fenway Park made it a perfect choice. Our only issue was that the shower/tub valve and faucet needs to be replaced (it would shoot water onto the floor), and we did mention that to management as we were leaving.
I would have liked to have an in-room coffeemaker (and would probably bring my own if we come back) as we were on the fourth floor, and it was a hike back up to the room from the first floor with coffee. They did have very good muffins, however!
The list of local restaurants was very helpful, and we tried three of the places on the list. All of them were terrific.

Close to a 'T' stop. Bed was comfortable and room large. Bathroom a bit tiny but it is an old brownstone. The location is it's primary draw. There are restaurants and a convenience store a block away across the street. Everyone was pleasant. It's a solid choice when in Boston.
Easily walkable to BU for family weekend. Very pretty area. T stop nearby is both convenient and noisy. Really nice to be able to leave bags before check in and after check out. Yummy muffins in the morning and friendly staff!

Staff very helpful. Property old. Breakfast very minimal (pick up at reception, eat in room). location great.
Everyone was nice and friendly.
Need more electric outlets in the room or some kind of extension cord to the bed so people can plug in their phones and crawl underneath the desk to plug in my phone
Great little inn, clean and very comfortable bed. Courteous staff. I would have liked to have known that the private bathroom was not in the room but across the hall instead. The bathroom was not locked so others could essentially use it. The other minor issue was there was no way to lock the room door from the inside.
