Excellent stay! Staff were really polite and helpful, amenities were very nice , room was comfortable and clean. Location is good for taking the train, there’s a station nearby walking distance. Would definitely booked again for a next trip.

We were greeted with the best employee Tyler. He made us feel welcomed he got us settled and made us comfortable. Everyone was amazing the breakfast was perfect to start our day. When we go back to Boston we will stay in the same Holiday Inn Express

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. The only thing we thought was outrageous was the 50$ parking fee each night; on top of spending a decent amount of money already for a 3 night stay. Besides the crazy parking fee, no complaints about this Hotel.

The hotel room was nice. Bathroom shower could've been cleaned alot better, was dirty where you stand. Bathroom door was rusty/coordoded, no exaust fan in Bathroom. Overall not a bad hotel. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Would reccomend if youre not looking for anything fancy. Nice variety on breakfeast, and warm.

The staff were great and couldn't be more helpful.The room was clean and tidy with air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of different choices to choose from.The hotel is ideally situated just a few train stops from the centre of Boston. Fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk to the metro to jump on the train straight into the city centre which was also just a 5 minute ride. Bus station combined with Metro to get the bus to Harvard which is onky just 2 miles away. Would 100% stay here again, hotel clean snd tidy, plenty of choice at breakfast too.
