"Everything was perfect"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. The only negative thing (thus, 4-stars rather than 5) was the people who came in the middle of the night and were VERY loud. Not only were their voices loud, but they played music with loud bass for quite some time. It is shocking how rude people can be, discounting the fact that every room of the hotel was filled (most likely) with other weary travelers trying to get a good night of sleep before hitting the road again. This I don't blame on the hotel staff. I am sure they were as irritated as us."

"Bed great, soft and pillows feel like claws. Everything was very clean and the young man at the from desk was great . I will visit again Just hope they dont have the problem with the Smell of Cigarro at a non smoking room :("

"The place is a mess, 1 elevator working, when you are on your floor and hit down to go to lobby, it stops on the way up and you need to ride the rest of the way up and then go down, carpets gross, everything felt dirty outside of the room. The place is just not maintained at all. The one thing i will say is that the room was in decent shape, felt clean. If you need a cheap place to stay for the night, and don’t mind the sort of people who hang around a low rate gambling hall, this is your spot. The staff were all very nice and did their best, but whoever owns the property needs to put some money into it. There were signs for the “New Jakes” throughout the lobby, almost as if to say, the place isn’t being taken care of because we are just redoing it all. So maybe better things are to come."
