Staff very pleasant and helpful, everything clean and basic, l saw two bathrooms on the top floor (where l was) although only a single toilet.. fortunately not busy though. Quiet and space to walk and access facilities, beautiful old building with high ceilings and huge balcony. I will revisit! Historical experience indeed!

We had a great stopover on our way home from Port Stephens-the room was large and clean and the beds comfy. We had a great meal that night and the kids loved the jumping castle and video games. The stuff were all very friendly and helpful-would definitely recommend a stop over here between Sydney and Melbourne.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel. It’s in a beautiful town where the locals are really friendly…..the architecture and atmosphere of the town is really lovely…. It also offers all the services you want to be around both residing and travelling yet honours its small country town vibe …. It’s really lovely and I’ll definitely be back ❤️

The buliding is old, tired and needs a bit of TLC. It is clean and tidy and the room price is fair for what you get. The staff are friendly and nice meals available with nightly specials. We will visit again next time in Holbrook.
