Pack your family up and spend a week in this unique Victorian-style home, built in 1901, for your family vacation. You will have access to a beautiful, private sandy beach on Squam Lake, just minutes down the road. There is a boat mooring to tie your boat to and a changing room at the waterside.

This beautifully renovated home boasts five bedrooms, two baths, multiple porches, and phenomenal views for miles. Spend your days on the water and retreat back to the home to have wonderful family dinners cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. After dinner, spend evenings playing board games on the long dining table or watching a favorite movie in the comfy living room.

For even more fun, there is a community tennis court across the street for your use during your stay.

Magnificent

What a gorgeous property and amazing view! The back porch alone is worth the trip. All the beds were super comfortable, lots of space and a great location. Loved it and we’re already planning to come back.

Beautiful work in progress amazing views!

This home is being brought back to its original beauty!! The first and second floors are in great shape and the pictures are very accurate. The lower level and top floor are next to be beautiful! The view from the porch with the wind blowing through the trees is so relaxing!! The water front has a lovely beach and lots of privacy!! The changing shed has plenty of chairs and the kayak is a treat! I look forward to seeing this historic gem when she is completed!! Thanks!!

Second time staying in this beautiful house. The views are stupendous, the house is charming, and the hosts are lovely. The kitchen is really well appointed, the beds are super comfortable; and the location cannot be beat.
