We were there over 2 days and the room was never cleaned , towels not changed , trash not thrown in our room , beds not made , etc The bathtub was VERY SLIPPERY . I almost fell except for the handicapped bars in the tub . The staff was kind but sleepy ."

My husband was awakened around midnight with someone banging loudly on the second floor door. Our host answered messages promptly, and even called me to help with some questions about the TV."
