Every bedroom is outfitted with an air-conditioner and ceiling fan for your comfort, and the master bedroom enjoys their own private terrace - a great spot for a morning coffee or sundown cocktail. Parking is free in your private garage attached to the townhouse should you choose to rent a car!

There is a communal pool and small fitness room located in the Falls development.
