A rather pleasant stay on our way through. Calm & quiet area. Close to downtown Holland but easy access off major roads. Staff kind & helpful. Some drywall/plaster needs repair. Breakfast was good but nothing exceeding great. My son greatly appreciated the hot chocolate. Cozy room.

Was ok place to sleep after spending the day in Saugatuck. Room clean. Bathroom Kleenex holder was flimsy and fell out after grabbing a Kleenex out. There was a nice breakfast buffet, but sausage gravy was lukewarm. Opted for oatmeal and yogurt. There was many dining portions nearby for dinner though. We were short drive to a Bdubs

Parking is easy and staff was great. Room and hotel are a little run down. Our room carpet had a run in it, walls by window had chipped drywall, tissue holder in bathroom came off the wall. Shower was fine with good water pressure and bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine

Initially our room was on the ground floor. Room was musty smelling. Wall around tub was decaying and moldy looking. We asked for another room ground up and it was clean and fresh smelling with no issues. Staff was quick to respond to out concern.

Outside looks nice, Breakfast area was fine and the food and beverage was good. The food just needed to be heated up when they first started breakfast in the morning. Room was outdated. Air Conditioner needs to be cleaned very musty. The Shower would only turn on half way, but usable. The tub to shower knob wouldn’t pull all the way up. The sink was partially clogged. The swing bar lock was also broken.

The sraff were friendly and professional. The brealfast was quite good with something for most every taste including vegan. There are handicap parking dpots available but building access could be a little task since the main entrance has two sets of doors to get through. The door nest to the handicapped spots has a "thing" attached ti it which didn't have any effect on the door which did not oprn from the outside. The room was well apponted and comfortable. The bathroom, a mobility one meant for wkeelchair access, was completely flooded after a shower. Fine if you are in a wheelchair, but not for anyone who needed to use it on foot. The floor looked as if it had never been washed as there was a trail of dirt from the shower to the drain to the sink. My friend reported mold in the grout. Overall, this was a better than average choice. Other than the minor ussues mentioned, this would be a 5 star review.
