"Carlos at front desk got us our rooms over three hours early which was HUGE as it was our first time in London and we didn’t really know what to expect. It was so nice to be able to check in and get into the room before exploring the city."

"Enjoyable stay - we had booked the queen room for 1 night, the room was smaller than expected with one of us having to squeeze between the bed and wall to get in one side. Good location with a tube station just 7 minutes walk away. The hotel is fairly new with a classy, modern feel."

"It was my second time staying here, and unfortunately the experience was not as good. Facilities, cleanliness all were fine but the difference was this time I got a room at the front of the property. I didn’t look to be on a particularly busy road, but the traffic noise was quite bad for most of the night. The owners must recognise this issue as they gave away ear plugs in the room. This is a good touch, but sadly didn’t work for me and i didn’t get a good nights sleep. If you are a light sleeper perhaps bring ear plugs that you know to work, otherwise it could be a problem. The room I had at the back of the property was fine, but I was not so lucky this time. It’s a shame to report this, as otherwise it is really good accommodation."
