Each bedroom has its own bath at Legends Pointe, so there’s no waiting in line to get ready.



NOTE: This home has 3 additional bedrooms and 3 baths on the lower level, which are not included in this listing and will be unoccupied and locked off during your stay. If you would like to add the 3 beds/baths to your reservation, please see our listing for the entire Legends Pointe.



Two bedrooms are on the main level and have king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are on the upper level, one with a king bed and lux king sofa sleeper, and one with (4) four queen beds. Both have en suite bathrooms. There’s also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the downstairs theatre area.



Meal prep for your crew is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. And when we say fully equipped, we mean it!



You’ll find all the utensils, cookware, serving dishes and small appliances to keep everyone fed and caffeinated, right down to the KitchenAid mixer and French press for your morning coffee.



Sit down to a feast in the dining area, there’s a space for everyone to sit down and enjoy.





**Please note that if you use any of the bedrooms or bathrooms not included in the Mini listing, you will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee of $200 plus up to $100 per bedroom/bathroom per night.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL BOOKINGS



☎️ Your contact information on file for your stay. This includes your name, phone number, email, and mailing address.



✏️ Signed guest agreement is required for all bookings. You can read it in full in the House Rules before you book. A link to access and sign will be sent after you book.



💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.



🚗 Pre arrival checkin including your selfie holding your drivers license or government issued photo ID because this property is self checkin.



🆔 Our credit card processor will perform a secure credit card verification after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.



The Guest ID verification is a two factor authorization that asks you for your phone number and birth date, then it will text you a code to enter.



If the verification fails, we’ll cancel the reservation and void the transaction.

TRAVEL INSURANCE



You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.



Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.
