A perfect spot featuring all the comforts of home, plus more!! Our stunning 6 bedroom, 4 bath home is close to all that Branson has to offer yet removed enough to provide the relaxation you are hoping for.

The Space:
This is a quiet neighborhood with mostly permanent residences and we are looking for quiet guest groups as renters.

THE HOME
This spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located just south of Branson in the quiet community of Branson Creek!

We are a great space for families or groups wanting to visit the diverse Branson area! We are removed from the hustle and bustle of Branson but only a 7 mile drive to get up to the Branson Strip, downtown Branson, and the Branson Landing! (We are also only 3 miles from the Branson airport!) We have 6 bedrooms (including 2 masters), two living areas, and two back decks! So plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The living room boasts of vaulted ceilings and is open to the kitchen and dining areas. The cabinets come stocked with everything you would need to cook up your favorite meals; pots and pans, a crockpot, serving dishes, blender, kids plates/utensils/bowls, and so much more!

The main floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites with king beds and attached bathrooms, then 2 spare bedrooms with queen beds and a hallway bathroom in between. Downstairs has the second living area with a pool table and lots of games ready to provide hours of fun! There are also 2 more bedrooms downstairs (each one with a king bed) and a bathroom off of the living area.

All of our beds are outfitted with top-of-the-line mattresses ready to provide you with a great night's sleep and each bedroom has it's own 32" flat screen TV! To help keep your packing light, every bathroom comes stocked with a hair dryer as well as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner!

For the little ones, we have a crib and a high chair as well as kids plates and utensils!

Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on relax in the evening on our outdoor back deck! We have a gas grill out there waiting for you to grill up some delicious barbecue while your friends and family keep you company relaxing on our outdoor furniture and soaking up the gorgeous view of the rolling Ozark hills!

The Neighborhood:
This is a very desired neighborhood in the Branson area that offers the best golf in Missouri and it’s just 2 minutes from the Branson airport. It gets even better, there are Buffalo that are viewable right next to the golf course and views off the back porch that are amazing!

Getting Around:
Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is about 23 minutes away.

The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 10-15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing, also 10-15 minuets away, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! The State Park and Long Creek Marina are each only 8-10 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Other Things to Note:
The view from the back deck of this home is incredible. The entire area is gorgeous and a perfect place to catch a sunset over the Branson hills!

Branson Creek (this Home's Neighborhood) has a strict NO parking on the street policy, failure to comply will result in the guest being charged a $100 parking fine.

Our driveway can fit four cars easily and we have a garage that can fit 1-2 depending on size. Unfortunately, no Trailer or RV's can be parked on the property.

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!
If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located just 10 minutes away where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just another 2 minutes down the road from Lakeside Storage making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina, Bent Hook Marina, and Long Creek Marina are all only about 15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
